Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with The Real Players Inside the Backstretch.


Because many of our items are limited-run apparel, hats, and merchandise, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at insidethebackstretch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.


If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.


Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition to be eligible for review.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or limited-edition/preorder items unless there was an error on our end.


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.


Please allow 5–10 business days for approved refunds to process back to the original payment method.
